This workshop will feature a variety of recipes and cooking techniques.

Attending a complimentary cooking demonstration is the best way to see if an Aga stove is right for you! Come and experience simple, healthy, and delicious Aga Cooking!

Imagine warming your towels, drying your dishes, baking cookies, roasting a 28 lb. turkey along with multiple side dishes and melting chocolate effortlessly all at the same time!

The Aga takes the place of EVERY cooking appliance in the kitchen. Foods taste better cooked in an Aga. Meal preparation is easier in an Aga. Come taste the Aga diference.

The demonstration takes only 30 minutes, but we'd love to have you stay to enjoy the meal and to browse our shop full of wonderful cooking accessories, beautiful table settings, and the most complete display of Aga accessories in the US!

AGA Owner Classes

Kathy Self

A Cooking School for Aga Owners with Kathy Self in Asheville, NC

Kathy Self invites you to come spend a day or two or three in Asheville, North Carolina, located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. After a class with Kathy, you’ll be in complete command of your Aga, able to take on complex meals. Learn to make delicious soups, stocks, breads, cakes, fish, fowl and beef dishes. Or consider a “customized” class to suit your special tastes or dietary requirements. Kathy insists on organic products for the meats and vegetables. Her class will cut your learning curve and make Aga ownership more satisfying. Cost for the standard three-day course is $435 per person, per day. Individualized hands-on classes are $535 per day. A deposit of the entire amount is required 30 days in advance. Deposit amount is the same regardless of the number of days.

Join Marco for a fabulous Italian cooking experience! The class is limited hands on and will include 2 glasses of wine, great recipes, and a delicious meal. We have space for 12 so please sign up early! To register, please send me an e-mail to Marco at marco@nadasitaly.com . Payment is $45 per person in the form of a check to the address below. The course cost is non-refundable and no spots are held without a received payment. If you are unable to make the class at the last minute, you may take the class the next time it is offered, or give your seat to a friend!
