Aga Thyme is secreted away down a little flight of stairs in one of Charlotte, North Carolina’s most prominent shopping centers, Myers Park. It is the first store of its kind in the United States. The store is full of culinary delights and has a full selection of Aga appliances, refrigeration, cookware and accessories as well as fine German Miele appliances and even a line of exclusive English cabinetry, www.wattsandwright.com.

Meet Bonnie and Chrissie
In 1990, Bonnie Fleming, a community volunteer, wife and mother, was looking
for a career that combined sales, travel, cooking and home. After learning about
the Aga, she developed a business which uniquely combined all of her passions.
Bonnie devised a cooking demonstration which spotlights the ease of Aga cooking
and allows others to taste the Aga difference. Her demonstration is
now used by dealers and distributors all over the country. For many years, she
has taken Aga owners to England and France to see behind the scenes of Aga,
visit the factory, the foundry and to attend cooking schools.
Bonnie has been featured in Southern Living, The Charlotte Observer, The Business Journal, Builder-Architect and The Wall Street Journal and is widely recognized as the Aga guru in the United States. She has been the top Aga Cooker distributor in North America for almost 20 years!
After a 7 year career in public relations, Chrissie Hughes, decided to join her mother in the Aga business and opened Aga Thyme, a retail outlet for Aga. Mother-and-daughter team, Bonnie Fleming and Chrissie Hughes have poured their hearts and souls into the store, which is a reflection of their tastes and high standards.
Meet Som and Luther
If Som is the right hand at Aga Thyme, her son Luther is the left hand. Som has been working full time at Aga since 2004. Luther has worked part-time for over four years and started full time when he graduated in June 2009. Luther does all our packets, prices merchandise, and handles all shippings and mailings.
Som IS Aga Thyme. She arrives every morning with a smile and lots of energy. She manages the shop and the office, handles all cookware, parts, and service calls. As you can imagine, she has a wealth of Aga information. She can tell you how to clean your Aga, bake your cookies and change your power fan. We love you, Som!
Meet Walter Sands
It

Walter C. Sands—DBA as The AGA Man—has been installing AGAs full time since 1997. He installs well over a hundred units a year.
Walter grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania , where he learned to be “a jack of all trades.” While he was a manager for a retail furniture chain for more than 20 years, he missed working with his hands. He completed the AGA technical training school and has made AGA his full time livelihood.
Walter's pleasant personality, dependability and technical expertise make him the most sought-after AGA technician in the country. He is conscientious and very detail oriented.

Items are shipped Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping as many of our products are coming from England . In addition, please note you may not receive all items ordered on the same day. You make receive a phone call from an Aga Thyme associate to inquire specific shipping information. Please note all shipping is Ground Shipping. Should you need other arrangements please call 704-335-8555.
Return Policy
All sales may be returned within 2 weeks and are refunded after received by the shop for store credit. Return shipping fees is the responsibility of the customer. Returned damage products not caused by initial shipping are non-refundable. Shipping damages are determined by the shipping vendor. Please contact the shipping vendor to report any issues (Fed Ex, UPS , US Mail). Please note used items are not returnable. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
